Beekeeping on our little corner of Santorini is not a business plan. It’s a love story.
Two years ago, we placed our first hives on our land. No big expectations - just curiosity, respect and the desire to learn. Since then, the bees have been teaching us about patience and rhythm.
They travel from thyme to wildflowers, from almond blossom to our organic garden, pollinating life into everything they touch. We help them by simply allowing them to be bees and do what they are naturally so good at. We only taste the honey they can truly spare - never more.
For us, beekeeping is part of a bigger picture: living slower, caring for the land and protecting what is fragile and essential.
If you listen closely, you can hear it. Deep down, we all know what is right for nature. Let’s work on it — all of us, together.
