Villa DALI is situated in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood along the traditional caldera path between Fira and Firostefani, overlooking the world famous Volcano and facing the spectacular Caldera view from the front yard, Fira sideways and the eastern part of Santorini and even the island of Anafi from the back yard. It is located in the most unspoiled part of the old town and perfect to enjoy
and relax at the outdoor terrace and the front and back yard of the house. Villa DALI (licenced by the Greek Organization of Tourism since April 2015) was renovated recently from an old Theran villa. This spacious house provides the unique occasion to live in a private property that combines comfort and privacy. The 100 sq m high-ceiling house consists of three bedrooms (the first two with queen size bed and the third one with double bed), two bathrooms with shower made out of off-white polished cement, a living/dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities and a hall. There is also a WC at the back yard. Some antique furniture of the older house decorate the villa offering a different and classy touch. Contemporary aquarelle and oil paintings decorate the walls of all rooms of the villa. All three bedrooms are equipped with ecological mattresses and are ventilated with Westinghouse ceiling fans for ecological reasons. The inner temperature in all places of the property is comfortable. If heating is needed, the house has electric convectors. The comfortable living/dining room has two sofas, one of them can easily be opened in a double bed hosting two more persons. outdoor front yard and back yard (plus the rooftop terrace) the villa offers the opportunity of outdoor living and outdoor dining. It has spacious outdoor areas, built-in benches around the walls, a big pergola at the back yard, a big parasol at the front yard. So one can easily lie and enjoy outdoors the whole day long, since the property provides a variety of outdoor possibilities for every time of day and night. Villa DALI is perfectly suitable for families or a group of friends up to six persons plus two extra persons, if needed. It is very important that there is an easy entrance to the Villa (the car reaches 10m from its entrance) with no endless footpaths, uphill and hard to navigate stairs to reach your accommodation. The Villa is located very close to Nomikos Conference Center, St. John Catholic Cathedral, St. Stylianos Church and the Cable Car entrance, while it is at a walking distance (5΄- 6΄) from the center of Fira (the capital of Santorini) and all the cafes, bars, nightclubs and restaurants.
