Photographs by legendary artist Yannis Kyriakidis (1924–2016) beautifully adorn our hotel walls. Known as “John of the Ladder”, he captured politicians, actors, writers, and musicians, as well as beauty contests, fashion shows, and the Thessaloniki International Film Festival during the 50s and 60s.
All of this, often from atop his signature ladder! 🪜
His collection is standing out on the walls of our hotel, with the precious help of art historian Elisabeth Plessa.
