The elegant luxury Apartment with its own entrance through the garden of the Villa laysin the upper floor of a detached private villa.
Situated directly on the beach next to Hotel Aris, in the center of Tolo, known as a smallfishing and holiday village (www.tolo.gr).
Nafplio (www.nafplio.gr), the pearl of Peloponnese and first capital of modern Greece isjust 12 Km away. Its Venetian architecture, many restaurants, bars, nightclubs andshops offers all for a super holiday.
The Apartment gives you 2-bedrooms (12 sqm each) with king-size bed, big wall-closet,bedside locker, full-size mirror and hairdryer. 2-bathrooms/toilet with shower andwashbasin. A 40 sqm kitchen/lounge/bar and living room fully equipped with Mielekitchenware such as stove, oven, teppanyaki grill, dishwasher, full size fridge and aNespresso coffee machine. Full crockery, cutlery and all kind of glassware. You will findas well a full-size cable-tv, a Sonos music bar system and a cooled water dispenser (10Liter bottle for 5 EUR). All rooms (except bathroom) have their own air-condition system.
The 35 sqm Veranda with breathtaking view overlooking the sandy beach, theshimmering Argolic Gulf and lush islands, has two luxury sunbeds, a side table and abig sun umbrella made by Gardena form Germany.
In the back garden you will find a covered outside rain shower for use after coming backfrom the beach and sea which you can reach directly using the beach side entrance.
Beach loungers and a sun awning for private use are part of the beach in front of theVilla.
Andrea, an Austrian Lady married to Dimitris who is a perfect Bouzouki player, looksafter the Villa and will change linen and clean the apartment 1 x week (if needed moreoften arrangements can be made directly with her).
The owners, an Austrian couple, might be around at their private ground floor.
Available from 29 July. – 02. September 2023 on a weekly basis for EUR 1.960,--/weekincluding all taxes, electricity, full WIFI, water and final cleaning.

20% down payment at day of booking
80% final payment 5 days before arrival
Parking is available upon request at the Hotel Aris parking.
