Stone tower on a hill with panoramic view of the open Mediterranean Sea, in the heart of the historic Mani. Located in the village Tsikalia, near the southernmost part of the Peloponnese, in an area called the "balcony of Mani" at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level and straight distance of 1.200 meters, while the lovely beach of Almyros with the white pebbles and the cave is only 3.5km drive from the tower. The village Tsikalia is located 7 km south of Gerolimenas, on the west coast of the peninsula of Taygetos ending at Cape Tainaro the southernmost part of continental Europe to the Mediterranean. This tower has four levels with a total surface of 180 m² interior also features a covered terrace and open terrace with endless seaview and many outdoors. It consists of: a single room on the 1st floor which has a bedroom, each own bathroom and kitchen another room on the 2nd floor where the living room with fireplace are,a dining room and kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms that each have their own bathroom, in the 3rd and 4th level.
The unique position of this tower gives it a commanding presence in the area, which is filled with terraces of olives, so the mountain from the sea as the peaks are "built" from stone terraced consented the soil are forming a unique architectural landscape. Starting base the tower, one can move in all directions , through good and surfaced roads in the region, to the destinations and attractions of both the western and eastern Mani, and it is also very close through the internal road to Portokagio, Marmari, Cape Tainaro and Caves of Diros.
