Θέλουμε να φτιάξουμε την καλύτερη ομάδα για το ristorante terracotta, στη Βίτσα Ζαγορίου….! Για εμάς αυτή η ομάδα είναι σημαντική και οι άνθρωποι που δουλεύουν σε αυτή, πολύ ξεχωριστοί. Θέλουμε να μείνουν στο terracotta καιρό, να αναπτύξουν δεξιότητες, να δείξουν όλα τα ταλέντα τους και να μεγαλώσουμε παρέα.
Για αυτό τα μέλη της ομάδας μας θα πρέπει
-να αγαπούν τους ανθρώπους και να επικοινωνούν με αυτούς
-να έχουν μεθοδικό μυαλό που μπορεί να οργανώσει με ευκολία παραγγελίες, εντολές και ανθρώπους
-να αγαπούν τη γαστρονομία, το φαγητό και να το απολαμβάνουν.

“There is a great need for an action plan for the shortage of goods coming in the near future,” Rhizoma Olive Farms’ Tasos Anestis told Olive Oil Times. “Ecosystems which were stable in terms of population density and diversity have changed dramatically.
“Our climate changes at a dramatic rate and we need to mitigate this,” Anestis continued. “A dynamic olive farm can sequester tons of CO2 and reduce the immediate effects of this global problem. Olive oil producers are honest and down to earth people who are striving on a daily basis to leave their mark on this everchanging world.”
It was revigorating to be asked for our views and be included in the article. We currently believe that we are going through prety hard times for a lot of producers in the olive oil industry.
Things in Greece are following a rather slippery slope due to institutional and state negligence. Small producers are finding difficult to cooperate and an excellent product produced with a lot of obstacles on the way is loosing its potential value.

Αγαπητοί μας φίλοι, θα θέλαμε να σας ανακοινώσουμε ότι το εστιατόριο μας, «Εν Χώρα Βεζίτσα», στην υπέροχη πλατεία του χωριού μας, στην Βίτσα Ζαγορίου, μετά από 30 ολόκληρα χρόνια αδιάλειπτης λειτουργίας περνάει σε νέα χέρια.
Ένας κύκλος ζωής, με σημαντική προσφορά στην παραδοσιακή τοπική γαστρονομία, έφτασε στο τέλος του. Θα θέλαμε να ευχαριστήσουμε θερμά όλους τους επισκέπτες και εν συνεχεία τους φίλους μας για την εμπιστοσύνη και την εκτίμηση στην οικογενειακή μας επιχείρηση όλα αυτά τα χρόνια.
Η έμπρακτη παρουσία μας στη Βίτσα και το Ζαγόρι δε σταματάει εδώ αλλά ανανεώνεται και ανθίζει. Τα κλαδιά της δράσης μας μεγαλώνουν. Η Μαρία συνεχίζει στον ξενώνα «Εν Χώρα Βεζίτσα», στην πλατεία του χωριού, μαζί της η Άννα θα προσφέρει, όπως πάντα απλόχερα, την εξαιρετική αλευρόπιτα που φτιάχνει όλα αυτά τα χρόνια. Η Σοφία και ο Τάσος θα βρίσκονται στο «Katikia» και το «Prunus concept».
