This captivating home is embellished with a private 25m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth) that can be heated with an additional fee, embellished with hydromassage features, lounge area with signature sun-beds and outdoor toys to keep children entertained. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. Designed for endless fun, the retreat also features an outdoor playground for our younger guests and a ping pong table for hours of entertainment. Fitness equipment is also available at the villa (including TRX, yoga mats, free weights, and loop bands) for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available
