Lithalona Estate is located in the southwest coast of Zakynthos, in the Marathias area, and consists of 4 independent houses, constructed with respect to the traditional architecture of the island and tucked away in green surroundings. (3.2 acres), overgrown with olive trees, fruit trees, cedars, pines and cypresses, is part of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, in a landscape of outstanding n

atural beauty. Privacy, tranquillity and an exquisite sea! Lithalona Estate is located on the pebbly beach of Marathias, on a prime location with easy access. The beach front of the property extends for 200 meters along the sea of crystal clear waters and has a private exit to the beach, and two more exits onto smooth rocks, where you can enjoy endless hours of sunbathing. You can rent one of our canoes or our small inflatable dinghy and explore the surrounding area, which is filled with coves, bays and amazingly clear water. The estate has a unique view of Laganas Bay with its two small islands, Marathonissi and Pelouzo, as well as of the Vassilikos Peninsula. On clear days one can see as far as the coast across the sea in mainland Greece. Our location gives us the opportunity to enjoy stunning sunrises and magical moonlit nights. Especially on full moon nights, the moon emerges from the sea and bathes Lithalona in its light.Inside the Estate, numerous small landscaped terraces create idyllic recesses for reading, meditation and relaxation, in the tranquillity of nature. The Estate is a green and productive olive grove which provides us with extra virgin olive oil. Cedars, pines, cypresses, as well as lemon trees, fig, peach, pear and pomegranate trees—they all form a small green paradise. A fertile vegetable garden, biologically cultivated, produces seasonal vegetables. At harvest time it is our pleasure to share them with you. The Estate has sheltered parking for all the guests’ cars. The facilities are complemented by two very good traditional restaurants near Lithalona. The first one is located right next to our entrance and the other only a five-minute walk away. Limni Keriou, a small picturesque fishing-boat harbour, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, two bars, and souvenir shops, is at a distance of 2 km from Lithalona.
