We have recently received a very high number of messages asking when Jet2 and easyJet Holidays packages for 2027 will become available for Costas Hotel.

Many guests often say that “you have to book Costas Hotel a year in advance” and with the response we have already seen for 2027, we completely understand why. ❤️

Following our exclusive early direct booking weekend earlier this year, we are delighted to confirm that June, July and August 2027 direct bookings have already been extremely busy, with many returning guests securing their favourite dates early.

Due to recent changes to our live pricing and allocation system, availability and pricing can now change in real time based on demand, occupancy and remaining room availability. This means that popular dates may sell quicker than in previous years, particularly during peak summer months.

For this reason, we would strongly encourage guests wishing to stay with us in 2027 not to leave enquiries too late.

Guests who choose to book DIRECT with the hotel benefit from direct communication with the hotel team, along with the added advantage of submitting room preference requests directly with us.

Of course, our long-standing loyal returning guests know that we always do our very best to look after you wherever possible, so please do not worry. Your continued loyalty and support over the years is something we truly value and appreciate greatly. ❤️

We would also like to kindly clarify that although many guests personally know members of the team, owners or staff and may message privately regarding bookings or room requests, all communication regarding reservations must now go directly through the hotel email only and not through third parties, personal accounts or external pages.

This helps us avoid confusion, ensures all enquiries are correctly recorded and allows the reservations team to assist everyone fairly and efficiently.

For bookings made through tour operators or other third parties, room requests remain requests only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed by the hotel.

As soon as we receive official confirmation regarding Jet2 and easyJet Holidays availability for 2027, we will update everyone immediately.

Our housekeeping team will normally continue to refresh rooms and change sheets every 2 days as part of our standards, however we understand that sometimes guests may want a relaxing lie-in, extra privacy, or simply uninterrupted holiday time ☀️

This room is a perfect example bright, spacious, and designed for comfort after a long day exploring or enjoying the sun. You’ll find practical touches throughout, including hair dryers in every room, with selected rooms also featuring subtle mood lighting to help you unwind in the evenings with all ( Apart from From a few), MOST rooms having new mirrors tall mirrors and lighting in all bathrooms.

Following your feedback and recommendations, we’ve officially started rolling out brand new bathroom suites across our rooms at Costas Hotel and this is just the beginning. (Still In Progress.)

We’ve recently had an increase in guests getting in touch with questions, amendments, and special requests for their upcoming holidays, and we’d like to thank you for choosing Costas Hotel, we really do appreciate your custom.

To help us respond efficiently and ensure every request is handled correctly, we’d like to clarify the best way to contact us depending on how your holiday was booked.

✈️ If You Booked Through easyJet Holidays

If your holiday was booked via EasyJet Holidays, any amendments or special requests up to 12 weeks before your arrival need to be made directly through EasyJet Holidays, in line with their package holiday booking terms.

Once submitted, EasyJet Holidays will email us directly so we can do our very best to accommodate your request.
If something isn’t possible, this will be fed back to EasyJet Holidays, who can then discuss any alternative options with you.
