Itinerary overview:
Day 1: Arrival and traditional welcome dinner in Zakynthos Town
Day 2: Enjoy a Pilates beach workout; swimming at Kalamaki beach; Tanya's top dietary tips; & a Greek family dinner with your hosts.
Day 3: Stretch & mobilise on the beach; embark on a turtle boat trip; learn about detoxing for ideal weight/health; & enjoy a sunset dinner.
Day 4: 20 Minutes of high intensity training to start the day; sample Zakynthos local products; enjoy edu sessions about quality fats, wine & other delicious foods; & relax at a wine dinner on the Ktima Grampsas Estate.
Day 5: Enjoy a beach strength workout; a visit to Shipwreck Bay & the blue caves; & a sensational farm-to-fork experience + a talk on how to improve gut health for better energy & health.
Day 6: Another Pilates beach workout; an edu session on clarifying your goals to ensure you successfully achieve your best body ever; discover the romantic Zakynthos Town; & enjoy some 1-on-1 time with Tanya.
Day 7: A water workout today; a group health/weight Q&A session; & a Greek farewell celebration to remember!
Day 8: We say, “Kallo Taxidi!” & bid you farewell...
