We, there ”oldies” from Stockholm Sweden, want to join the choir of superlatives about the excellent, alert, professionell and most service minded staff you can wish for with Costas in the lead. For people who want good food, relaxed holiday with sunbathing and swimming in the sea this is a very nice place to discover. With a rental car for visiting interesting places your stay will be total.

Spanakopita is a Greek spinach pie consisting of a buttery, flaky phyllo pastry filled with cooked spinach, lemon juice, feta cheese, and sometimes dill. Due to a farming tradition of handheld foods, the pies were originally invented for the field workers who would carry them in their pockets and consume them while working.

Although spanakopita has humble beginnings, it has risen to greater gastronomic heights, so today it can be found in most Greek diners, taverns, and upscale restaurants.
