What to See Around Zacharo

Staying at Evelyn Guest House means much more than relaxing on the beach. The surrounding area is full of fascinating places to discover:

🏛 Ancient Olympia and the Museum of Ancient Greek Technology, where the Olympic Flame is still lit every four years before the Olympic Games.

💦 Polylimnio Waterfalls, with beautiful hiking trails and natural swimming pools, as well as several lesser-known waterfalls hidden in peaceful corners of the region.

⛪ A church built inside a cave, nestled on the mountainside.

♨️ Kaiafas Thermal Springs and the historic spa, famous for their healing waters.

🌊 Lake Kaiafas and its small island, surrounded by nature.

🥾 Hiking trails along the coast, through pine forests and into the mountains. You can even go on a turtle adventure! 🐢 Three different species live here: sea turtles, freshwater turtles and land tortoises.

🫒 Taste local olive oil, cheese and w**e. A nearby family w**ery also hosts themed evenings and w**e tastings.

🍷 Greek cooking classes, where you'll learn to prepare traditional dishes such as moussaka, pastitsio, tzatziki and many other local favourites.

🏛 Visit monasteries, traditional villages, local festivals (panigiria) and farmers' markets to experience authentic Greek culture.

You can come for a few days to relax and recharge, or stay longer and give yourself a deeper experience of restoration.

Our guest house is designed for families, small groups and travelers looking for comfort, nature and a relaxing atmosphere by the sea.

Accommodation
Our rooms can host from 1 guest up to families with 3 children (up to 5 guests).

Family rooms with bunk beds are available and are especially loved by children.

All rooms include:
✔ Private kitchen
✔ Balcony or terrace
✔ Comfortable beds
✔ Air conditioning
✔ Free Wi Fi
✔ Garden and pool view in selected rooms

Hotel Area
Guests can enjoy a peaceful green territory surrounded by flowers and palm trees.

♨️ Kaiafas Hot Springs and Thermal Center where you can relax in natural healing waters.

🌊 Lake Kaiafas and the island, perfect for peaceful walks and beautiful photos.

🥾 Hiking adventures along the sea, through the forest and up into the hills while looking for turtles. We have three different kinds here 🐢 Sea turtles, lake turtles and land turtles.

Welcome to our family guesthouse nestled in the picturesque landscape of West Peloponnese, Greece

We’re happy to share that our new website is now online!
This season we are preparing something special — themed weeks with unique experiences, local culture, creativity, relaxation and authentic Greek atmosphere.

The website is still being updated and filled with new content, but there is already plenty to explore
