Floriane Hureau is one of the team members who brings that distinctive touch to Caprice. She offers far more than expertise — she brings intuition, generosity, and a deep curiosity for the wines she curates. Caring for more than 1,200 labels, Floriane works closely with Executive Chef and Director to craft pairings that feel natural, warm, and beautifully in tune with the cuisine.
This outstanding achievement adds to Caprice’s three Michelin stars and further underscores the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. We are incredibly proud of her and deeply grateful for the heart, precision, and joy she brings to every guest experience.
