Mora's hyper-seasonal menu is defined by the versatility of soy - a pinnacle ingredient that is a pillar to Asian culinary tradition 🌱 In fact, you'll be delving deep into the soybean world, with most of the soy-based products all produced in Head Chef Vicky Lau's very own factory. It is no surprise that the menus here are categorised by textures, highlighting the transformation of soy across different spectrum 🌈

Skewers, sashimi, sake, and spirits are all and more that makes so amazing👻
Inspired by a Japanese manga titled Yokai Picture Book by Shigeru Mizuki, the izakaya brings Japanese's 764 spirits and 112 deities from the manga come to life on the interior of the restaurant 🇯🇵
Yokai specialises in yakitori skewers. Think of chicken tender, tail, heart, liver, and gizzard, and premium produce such as pork roll, Japanese scallops, sirloin steak, prawns, and oysters 🦐 The head chef, Hirofumi Okuma, uses locally sourced birds and Yamaguchi’s Choshu chicken, which is a protected species of animal in the Yamaguchi prefecture. The chickens are fed with locally sourced food such as rice and rice bran, along with mixed herbal feed (free of antibiotics and synthesized antimicrobial agents), and grown for more than 80 days in a relaxing free-range style atmosphere 🐔 The more you chew, the tastier it becomes! If you are more of a tuna person, you're in the right place. Yokai serves tuna belly which is sourced from Japan’s top tuna merchant, Yamayuki 🍣

Nope, it's not your typical Chinese food, nor is it British food. It's British Chinese food - yes, it's real. is named after the year the first recorded Chinese restaurant opened its doors in Britain. The BC isn't the historically before Christ, but rather the cuisine type (get it?) 😂

Wait, what? 375° Chicken 'n Fries has opened in Hong Kong already? 🎉
This New York-based fast-food concept first opened in the Lower East Side in 2017. What's so special about them? Well, they don't use any additives, hormones, antibiotics which... we wouldn't want as well, no? 😭 It is also halal 😆
Every single menu is made to order. They don't have food warmers and microwave in their dictionary 😲 Their frying technique is also unique - chicken and fries are fried at 375 degrees for optimal crispiness 🍗🍟
If you're a first-timer, opt for their fried chicken sandwiches or chick and waffle, with an additional of fries on the side! Feeling lucky? It's probably time to try their toppings such as hot Cheetos on their buffalo - honey fried chicken sandwich or sour cream and onion on BBQ ranch chicken sandwich 🥪
