Lobster Bar and Grill’s iconic Sunday Roast Guest Chef Series returns!

The series continues the restaurant’s commitment to elevating cherished traditions while championing the diversity and excellence of the city’s gastronomic community.

Starting from February, each guest restaurant will take over one Sunday to present a specially crafted menu, offering diners a refreshed interpretation of the classic British Sunday Roast rooted in the flavours and inspirations of Hong Kong’s dynamic dining landscape.

Closing the 2025 Sunday Brunch Guest Chef Series on the most beautiful note 🥂

We were truly honored to welcome Head Chef Loic Portalier from the wonderful Louise last Sunday. His heartfelt contemporary French touches—elegant starter, perfectly executed main, and that unforgettable dessert—brought such warmth and finesse to our table. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Loic and the entire Louise team for this memorable collaboration.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it—thank you to all the incredible guest chefs and to every guest who joined us throughout the year.

Lobster Bar lit up as Hanoi’s trailblazing Workshop14 – fresh off their Campari One To Watch Award at Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 – took over the bar with pure liquid alchemy.
 
Workshop14’s fearless mixologists brought their signature style to life: bold, boundary-pushing cocktails that weave Vietnamese heritage with global precision – think hyper-local ingredients, unexpected textures, and flavours that dance between tradition and rebellion. Every pour was a story.
