One MICHELIN-starred Tosca di Angelo introduces the four-course Minuetto No.9 menu highlighting refreshing ingredients and Italian comforting dishes. Paying homage to his hometown of Sicily, Chef Angelo combines fresh ingredients with refreshing herbs of lemongrass and coriander. Notable dishes include Mazara Red Prawn, Wild Hamachi in Salmoriglio with Caviar Kaluga and Lemongrass; and Risotto “Acquerello”, Alaskan Black Cod with Marsala and Fresh Coriander.
