A big part of what we do at Nomadico is find and partner with local homes, guesthouses and colivings that offer something special while making sure they still work for remote life.

That means reliable internet, proper workspaces, and a setup you can actually use day to day, even when the home itself is surrounded by farmland, mountains, gardens or countryside.

Tuscany, Mallorca and Manizales are three very different examples of that balance: slower surroundings, local character, and everything you need to get your work done.

A lot has been happening behind the scenes at Nomadico lately. 

The team got together in Spain to plan what’s next, new locations are opening, roles are evolving, and we’ve been thinking hard about how Nomadico can keep growing while improving everything we already do. 

There’s plenty we’re not ready to share just yet (swipe through for hints 👀), but one thing we can tell you now:

2027 means a new Nomadico location! 🇵🇪 

Starting January 1st, we’re opening the doors to our first home in Peru, right in the heart of Barranco, Lima’s colorful, creative neighborhood by the Pacific. 

You can expect: 
💻 Fiber-optic WiFi + dedicated coworking 🏡 Private + shared rooms in a character-filled home 
🌊 Beach, cafés, restaurants, art + nightlife nearby 
🤝 Community events and local experiences throughout your stay 

We’re also kicking things off with some special opening events in January, from exploring the flavors and story of Barranco with our local hosts to celebrating Lima’s anniversary with the city on January 18th. 

🇵🇪 If you’ve been looking for a place to live and work from Lima for a few weeks, this one’s for you.

Ever wondered who stays with us and if you’d fit in? 

There’s no one “type” of Nomadico guest, but there are a few things our community tends to have in common. 

They care about experiencing a place properly, not just dropping in and checking off the highlights. They like getting to know local businesses, food, people and culture, and they value travel that feels a little more grounded and thoughtful. 

That’s a big part of how we build Nomadico too. 

We partner with existing local guesthouses and homes, create experiences that are connected to the destination itself, and try to keep our colivings affordable enough that you can actually settle in for a few weeks and become part of the rhythm of a place. 

If that sounds like the way you like to travel, there’s a good chance you’ll fit right in. 🤗
