Tai O Heritage Hotel, a recognised heritage containing cultural capital constructed in 1902, formerly as the Tai O Police Station, is now home to nine exquisitely decorated rooms, Heritage Interpretation Centre and a glass-roofed open view restaurant. 魚燈是歷史悠久的傳統民俗活動，每逢節慶，人們紮製魚燈、巡遊祈福，祈求來年風調雨順、平安富足🎏

魚燈水陸巡遊於大澳首度上演，我們特意邀請一眾佛教筏可紀念中學的學生參與巡遊，五彩斑斕的魚群花燈穿梭古樸巷弄之間，而河涌上小艇掛滿五彩斑斕的魚燈，伴隨傳統搖櫓舢舨的浪漫景象，將大澳歷史悠久的街巷與水道，幻化成流光溢彩的光影盛會 🏮✨

Fish lantern is a treasured folk tradition steeped in festive customs and blessings. During major festivals, handcrafted fish lanterns are paraded through local communities to pray for peace, prosperity, and abundance.

The "Fish Lantern Land-and-Water Parade" lights up Tai O for the first time! We were thrilled to invite students from Buddhist Fat Ho Memorial College to lead the fun, weaving through the historic village lanes with a sea of colourful fish lanterns. On the water, an excursion boat adorned with glowing fish lanterns sailed alongside traditional hand-rowed sampans, transforming Tai O’s waterways and stilt-house landscape into a luminous Mid-Autumn spectacle. 🏮✨
