由於新冠肺炎嚴重影響本旅舍的經營，所以我們決定由五月起全面將旅舍改為共享生活空間。我們已經作出房間的改動減少了房間床的數目及增加儲物空間。我們也改動了共用空間的設施增加了簡單煮食的廚具另到住客方便日常生活需要。在過去幾個月的困難經營我們已經與一班本地長租客建立了深厚的友誼，住客之間也互相尊重及關懷。每週我們也透過群組溝通及有不同的活動如行山，離島旅遊及晚餐聚會。月租床位費用由$2200起，長租客可獲9折優惠，費用已經包括水電煤上網費用。

Due to the global outbreak of the coronavirus, we are looking into making changes within our hostel to better accomodate our guests. Our hostel will be making a transition into a co-living space to cater for local customers starting from May 1st. We have cut down on the number of beds in each dorm room to open up more space for long term stay guests, at the same time taking into consideration of hugiene and proximity from one guest to the other. We have also added some new elements to our common area like cooking appliance and equipments. To make our place more inviting, we have our own family chat group for all those who are staying in our hostel for a better form of communication. As the coronovirus restrictions is still in place we are aware that entertainment outside of the hostel is still limited but we are still constantly thinking of healthy and safe alternatives to keep our guests happy, we are organizing different activities for our guests to join like hiking, biking and dinner parties with limited and safe numbers. Our monthly rate is very competitive, starting from as low as HKD$2200 a month which is all inclusive. Long term renter could get 10% discount!

The whole traveling industry in Hong Kong is experiencing its most difficult time since SARS outbreak in 2012. Safety is a big concern for those of who would like to travel to Hong Kong or passing through Hong Kong during this crisis. From our point of view, Hong Kong is still a very safe place to travel, most of the riots or protests are held mostly during the weekends. If you are not here to demonstrate then you will still be pretty safe. My advise is to stay away from the police and you should stay vigilant at all times when you see them.
On the other hand, we would say this is a good timing to travel to Hong Kong because accommodations are cheap, most of the shoppes are on sale and less line up for restaurants and theme parks. There are so much to do in Hong Kong such as visiting fishing village or remote islands, go to the beach or go hiking. These outdoor activities are the best alternatives to do in Hong Kong!

All departing flights have been cancelled in Hong Kong today as thousands of demonstrators descend at Hong Kong international airport. Today mass gatherings was sparked by allegations of unnecessary police violence on Sunday.

For those travellers whose flights got cancelled we are happy to offer them a special room rate to stay until the disruption is over.

The busy international hub cancels flights as anti-government protests there enter a fourth day.
