今個夏日，香港旅遊發展局推出全新「香港夏日盛會」，並以升級登場的香港國際龍舟節揭開序幕。今年適逢香港國際龍舟邀請賽50周年，規模更勝以往，匯聚來自16個國家及地區、超過220支隊伍、逾4,500名健兒，於6月27日至28日在尖沙咀海濱上演21項精彩賽事，為維港兩岸帶來澎湃節慶氣氛。

由6月19日至7月1日，尖沙咀海濱活動首次延長至13天，橫跨端午至七一假期。星光大道設有美食街及啤酒樂園，同場更有非遺工作坊及VR龍舟體驗，周末及公眾假期亦安排多項傳統表演，讓大家在欣賞國際級賽事之餘，細味文化與城市活力交融的夏日盛會。

This summer, the Hong Kong Tourism Board presents the new “Hong Kong Summer Viva”, opening with the enhanced Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Festival. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races, the event brings together over 220 teams and more than 4,500 athletes from 16 countries and regions, with 21 exciting races taking place at the Tsim Sha Tsui East Promenade on June 27 and 28. From June 19 to July 1, the waterfront festivities are extended to 13 days, featuring the Avenue of Stars Food Lane, Beer Garden, intangible cultural heritage workshops, VR dragon boat experiences and traditional performances on weekends and public holidays.

When staying at The Harbourview, you are just a 10-minute walk from Wan Chai Pier. A scenic ferry ride across Victoria Harbour brings you directly to the Tsim Sha Tsui East race venue, allowing you to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere and make the most of this signature summer celebration.

The Harbourview has joined the Salvation Army Recycling Programme for the fourth year in a row. Some of the items will be given to people in need, while the rest will be sold at Salvation Army family stores. Through this programme, we hope to support recycling, reduce waste, and help those in need at the same time. We look forward to taking part in more similar activities in the future and doing our part for the community and the environment.
