Proud to be part of the IFLA World Congress 2026 this October in Hong Kong - where it all began.

ONE Landscape Design Limited is an award-winning, boutique design studio founded in 2011 in Hong Kong. One Landscape specializes in high-end, contemporary landscape architecture, urban design, public art, and environmental master planning. While maintaining Hong Kong as its headquarters, the studio has expanded its physical presence to better serve its growing regional footprint, l operating from Dubai, India, Thailand and Vietnam. Its premium project portfolio spans dynamically across China, Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East.



ONE’s design philosophy of ‘land-culture’ is to draw inspirations from the culture and texture of the origin of site, and develop into one ‘big idea’ that transpires into physical spaces and tangible design elements which could be experienced by visitors and users, enhancing the awareness of the spatial and development identity. This ‘big idea’ becomes the source of series of further ideas that brings unique identity to the project.

We are proud to share that our projects have been recognized at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific — earning three awards across the region, including a 5-Star Award for Abhay Prabhavana, India 🇮🇳, a 5-Star Award for Atelier, Bangladesh 🇧🇩, and an Award Winner recognition for The Base Bukit, Thailand 🇹🇭.

Adding to this achievement, Abhay Prabhavana has also been nominated for Best Landscape in Asia Pacific.
Grateful for the recognition and honored to see our work celebrated on a regional stage. 🌿
