Things have been so busy at Lila’s at West Bay that I almost forgot to share another great night with you!

We hosted an in-house BBQ for our guests last week and it turned into one of those perfect island evenings. Wilson had the grill going with amazing BBQ chicken and pork, plus potato salad, beans, and fresh chimol on the side. 🔥

🍹Add in cold drinks, lots of laughs, and great company… the night wrapped up with a fun game of LCR that had everyone cheering and laughing.

Another memorable night at Lila’s at West Bay — good food, good people, and good times in paradise! 🌴

What a great time at the Music Festival for the Angels yesterday! 🎶✨

The team from Lila’s at West Bay was proud to volunteer again this year at the food and beverage ticket booth. It was wonderful to be part of such a meaningful fundraising event.

A big thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who came out to support the festival. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to being part of it again next year! 💙

Wednesday was a fun morning at Lila’s at West Bay with our Interactive Baleada Breakfast Class! 🌴

✨️ A baleada is a loved traditional food — a warm, soft flour tortilla filled with refried beans, cheese, and crema, with optional extras like eggs, avocado, or meats. Simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

Our guests learned how to make tortillas from scratch, build their own baleadas, and enjoy a true taste of Honduras together.
