njoy and fall in love in the island just as we did. The community offers a nature trail, large over sized pool, beach and lagoon. Our home will provide the comforts of your own home and much more. Our family and staff will be available to help you out with needs to enjoy the island, get around, housekeeping, grounds keeping, cooking, concierge, and much more. Breakfast is provided in the dinning room in an open concept main level of the house where you can sit at the large family style table, sit in the luxury living room enjoying the morning news, weather report, cartoons or enjoy your breakfast out on the deck overlooking the bay. The kitchen and Butler's panty is always open for self service or assistance. Unwind in our retro Art Corner on the deck overlooking the bay. We provide paints (acrylic & oils), canvas's, brushes, easels, charcoals, pencils, 8-track player, record player, tape player and radio. The pool and hot tub is just steps away on our terrace. Relax, float, layout, swim laps or play. Hungry and want to enjoy dinner as the sun goes down. Join us pool side at the full outdoor kitchen. Could be brisket, crab, shrimp, fresh catch of the day or pizza right out of the brick oven. If you already ate, unwind in our entertainment room before heading to bed. Lay back in the theater seating and watch a movie on the 85" flat screen or challenge each other at a game.
1. Pool Level - Air conditioned room with 1 queen-size bed, television, laundry closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Limited bay view from private patio with table and chairs. Private entrance/exit.
2. Loft Level - The main air conditioned bedroom includes 1 queen bed, Queen Anne chair, television, walk-in closet, Juliet Balcony includes patio table and chairs with limited bay view. Second air conditioned bedroom contains 2 twin beds, television, walk-in closet, Juliet Balcony includes patio table and chairs with limited bay view. A private bathroom, with walk-in shower only (no tub) and double sinks. Laundry room with private entrance/exit that leads to your own private deck over looking the bay.
3. Entire Home - Consists of a 3-story air conditioned home on the water contains fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, double oven, drawer warmer, and dishwasher. Fully-equipped Butler's Pantry with refrigerator, ice maker machine, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Fully-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, stove top, smoker, and BBQ grill. Indoor and outdoor living areas and master bedroom on main level. The indoor living area includes a half bath, a leather sectional, 2 Queen Anne chairs, big flat screen TV and large dining table that seats 10. The outdoor living area includes deck chairs, tables, and retro art corner. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, sitting room with couch and flat screen TV, a private full bathroom with double sinks, 2 outdoor showers and a garden tub. Upstairs loft area has a bedroom with 1 king bed and and the other with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower, and laundry room. Basement/pool level has the entertainment room, bedroom with 1 queen bed, bathroom, laundry closet and office. Sleeps 8, (4 bedrooms) can sleep more contact us first.
