Lots of Black Friday shopping resulted in tons of super nice furnishings being sent down to the island via container ship! TV's, Super comfy beds, living room sets, and some pretty sweet outdoor furniture too!

This page has been quiet for quite some time but soon we will have a big, BIG upgrade to Exit Strategy!!! We are nearly ready to unveil Exit Strategy 2.0!!!

A 3200 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom estate overlooking the Caribbean Sea directly between the two most popular spots on Roatan, West Bay and West End!

2.0 will be complete with a pool and swim up bar, plenty of parking, high end finishings, indoor / outdoor living, and even a full size half court basketball court on the lowest level!

Just minutes to all the best spots on the island and far enough away to enjoy the tranquil beauty and amenities of our little hillside perch.
