Reflection of the Day; What makes Tranquility Bay so special is exploring our beach by horseback with our guests. Today our sunset ride was brilliant. On our ride, there was no crowds, restaurants, loud music, walls, fences, only a few curious dogs, a small boy playing in the sand, trees laden with sea grapes and waves gently lapping against the shore.

Reflection of the Day;
“ What do you wake up to?”
What makes Tranquility Bay special is the incredible mornings! There are no sirens, traffic, noisy neighbours. Instead, I wake to the sound of tropical birds, the lap of the ocean and the rather impatient nicker from my horse in the stable. This is my view when I open my door.

Today’s reflection on what makes Tranquility Bay so special is: sharing in the lives of the children who live on site. Over the 17 years, we have seen our staff’s children start school and graduate. Now young Oliver, Hannah and Elky run freely on the grounds, swim in the ocean and attend the local school . Their laughter and energy brightens and enriches our lives.

Today’s thoughts on what makes Tranquility Bay so special to me. It would be waking up surrounded by my animals that greet me with abundant love. My 2 Shepherds, Navajo and Cherokee, are waiting patiently outside my door. The monkeys vocalize their special greeting when they see me emerge from the house and wait for me to approach them for a morning kiss. Bambi, with her newborn c**t, neigh a greeting from the corall and Pegasus , my 4 year old stallion, rushes forward to receive a morning rub on his head and gently nuzzles me. What a great way to start a morning filled with joy

#4 Thought for the Day: I love the sunsets. Our days are busy with constant work lists. However, at 5:15pm, time seems to slow down, a sense of awe and serenity envelope us. There is joy simply breathing and opening one’s eyes to the beauty of creation as the brilliant, glowing sun slips silently into the sea.
