Before the skuta season is over, a quick appreciation post about this delicious cheese. This year is the first year we did not make skuta ourselves. It’s a lovely, time consuming proces where we milk the cheep in spring and make fresh skuta before we let the cheese to dry. For breakfast you can still taste what it is like while watching our cheep walking around. We love to add some marmalade on top, how do you like to eat skuta?
