The house consists of ground floor, first floor and a large yard of 250m2 . All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating. You have two parking spaces for two cars at the entrance of the house waiting for you. The ground floor has a spacious living room with fireplace that guarantees a pleasant atmosphere created by the open fire. A very special corner of
the house is located under the steps, it contains a comfortable sofa, which if necessary, can be converted into a bed for two people. The ground floor also offers a kitchen with all the necessary elements, such as dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other kitchen utensils that are necessary for comfortable cooking in a natural and rustic setting environment. You will also find a spacious bathroom with washing machine and a spacious shower at the ground floor. Climbing the strikingly beautiful staircases you will be lead to the upper floor of the house, where you will find two bedrooms and a further bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, wardrobe and a double bed. In one of the rooms it is possible to separate the double bed into two beds, therefore it is perfect for families with several children. Leaving the living room you will discover a 45m2 large terrace with panoramic view of the beautiful nature park Biokovo, the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian islands Brac and Hvar. The patio is covered with a sunscreen and equipped with garden furniture to make your stay on the same to an unforgettable relaxing experience. On the same outer level under the pergola is an ancient summer kitchen located, which offers a romantic atmosphere during outdoor cooking. The outside kitchen is equipped with a large outdoor grill that allows you to prepare authentic Dalmatian dishes due to the grill and the natural fire. Right next to the grill you will find all the necessary tools for grilling, and a sink with water access. To complete your social gatherings outdoors a large wooden table with benches is available, which can accommodate 12 people. On the lower floor you will find on the outside the " Mediterranean Way", which we made with a lot of love and pride, so that you can get to know all our native herbs such as rosemary, lavender, sage, laurel , iris, etc. . The atmosphere is completed with a small waterfall and as such this is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in your hand and enjoy the bond with nature. The "Mediterranean Way" leads you to the 20m2 swimming pool with view of the beautiful nature and the sea. The pavilion contains within itself a bed that can serve also as swing. Watching the sunset and enjoying the day at this place gives you an overwhelming feeling.
