Director of RACVIAC, Amb. Miroslav Šćepanović, met with the Director of Montenegro’s Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, Mrs. Kristina Braletić, to discuss opportunities for strengthening cooperation in the areas of integrity, transparency and anti-corruption, with a particular focus on the security sector.
The meeting highlighted the importance of exchanging expertise and best practices, developing joint training activities, and enhancing institutional capacities in line with European standards. 🤝Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to advancing cooperation through joint projects and professional development initiatives that contribute to resilient, accountable and transparent institutions across South East Europe.

RACVIAC's visit to the Republic of North Macedonia concluded with a productive meeting at the Military Academy "General Mihailo Apostolski" on16 July in Skopje, reaffirming the strong partnership between our institutions.
Discussions focused on the successful implementation of the regional STRENGHT project (2022–2026), and preparations for a follow-on regional cyber security project for 2027–2029 through the new SEE-SHIELD initiative. The meeting highlighted opportunities to expand joint activities, including regional trainings, workshops, and initiatives aimed at strengthening resilience against cyber and hybrid threats.

During his official visit to North Macedonia, on 16th July RACVIAC Director Ambassador Šćepanović met with Deputy Minister of Defense Mr. Admir Shabani to discuss North Macedonia's longstanding contribution to RACVIAC, including its active role in implementing the Programme and supporting the Countering Transnational Security Threats Pillar. Together, they reaffirmed that strong institutional engagement and multinational cooperation remain essential for building regional security and stability.🤝

RACVIAC was honoured to participate in the Farewell Ceremony in Kumanovo, marking an important milestone as the Southeast Europe Brigade prepares to relocate its Headquarters to Istanbul.
Ambassador Šćepanović reaffirmed RACVIAC’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with SEEBRIG, recognizing its valuable contribution to regional security, interoperability, and stability. We look forward to continuing our partnership in support of shared security objectives across Southeast Europe.
