The over 160-year-old villa, which stands under monumental protection, was completely renovated in 2017 with a love of antiquity. It is only 20 m away from the sea. With its authenticity and original appearance, which evokes memories of the charm of history, . It has been preserved in the Mediterranean style, with thick stone walls, which protect it from the heat in summer and from frost in winter.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, it has room for 2 to 4 people. In front of the apartment is a large yard with stone pillars that looks reminiscent of better local courtyards in fameous Dalmatian places. There is a summer kitchen, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water.

The villa is located in the pedestrian zone. The beach or parking lot is a few minutes walk (200m). Within 200 m there are numerous cafes and restaurants, shop, market with fish market, newsagent …

Luxury apartment of 40 m2 offers one bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet. In the yard there is garden furniture and a shower. The price includes wireless internet and satellite LCD TV.

Vila Lantina is a beautiful old house from the middle of 19th century, made of hand carved stone, located in the pedestrian zone in the historical part of Betina, only 150 m from the center of the village and 20 m from the sea.
We are located on Murter Island in the middle portion of the Croatian coastline. The island is easily reachable over the elevator bridge connecting the island to the mainland. It is situated 30 km from town Sibenik with it’s beautiful ancient cathedral and architecture and 50 km from the historical town Zadar. Close to Sibenik there is a Krka National Park with wonderful waterfalls. The nearest airports are located in Split and Zadar. There are three beatiful marinas on the island, as well as sandy and rocky beaches with cristal clear water.

In the Villa we offer you the following two ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ apartments:
- Junior Suite, for 2+2 persons,, 40 m2, with a double bed bedroom, living/dinigroom with additional double bed, completely equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom/toilette with a shower. In the yard there is a large garden table and summer kitchen with a grill and shower.

- Superior Suite 4+2 persons, 92 m2, With two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) livingroom with additional double bed, completely equipped kitchen, attractive dining room a luxurious bathroom/toilette with a shower and an additional toilette. In the yard there is a large garden table and a grill.
