A small, cute, desert island, close to the villa. Pack a picnic, swimming and fishing gear, cool drinks and make it yours for the day !

How do you get these nice little boats in and out the water ? Did you see the small ramps ? They have a gentle slope and end at the shallow water's edge. If you want to come here with a trailerable boat, tell us in advance about its size so we can find a suitable place for launching. Of course, there are also local rentals available.

At the end of the afternoon, yachts are coming into Brna harbour for the night. This one arrived a bit later, with limited options, so it had to fit in between the water-polo buoys and the small local boats. Nice job, skipper !

The first attempt was frustrating. Everything was ready in the evening to pour the concrete early the next morning. But an unexpectedly strong south wind raised enough waves during the night to wreck the wooden forms. Yes, the sea can be rough even in summer. It did work out fine eventually, look at the final result. Makes you want to dive into the blue water, no ?

The private dock jetty in front of the villa is high enough above the sea level to make it fine for powerboats. A bit less easy for low freeboard kayaks, SUPs or dinghies. Time to add an extension. This means a lot of manual labour and the cooperation of the sea, especially in getting the wooden forms firmly into position.
