Cres je uz susjedni otok Krk, najveći hrvatski otok, a svojom prirodom i divljinom jedan je od najzelenijih i unatoč velikom broju naselja odiše avanturom i divljinom. Iako je njegova unutrašnjost prekrivena šumom, obala mu skriva neke od najljepših plaža na Jadranu.
