A newly built private house offers apartments and studios ideal for holidays and the sea is only 200m away. It offers accomodation in 3 apartments and 3 studios . Each apartment provides accomodation for 2+2 persons and includes a sleeping room, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a big corridor ( or a foyer) and a balcony which commands a magnificent view of the sea, the island Krk and the

panoramas of Crikvenica and Selce. The apartments are newly equipped and nicely furnished, and each one has a TV with satellite channels, internet connection (wireless), aircondition and a coffee machine. On the ground-floor of the house there are 2 studios, and each of them provides accomodation for 2+1 person (recommendations of a child under 14 years). They also have a TV, internet connection, aircondition and a coffeemachine. The studio includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and in front of the studio there is a great terrace with a view of the sea. The house has its own parking-area so you can keep your metal-pets under control. At about cca 200m from the house there are a beaches,a minimarkets,a restaurant and tennis courts. Possibility to rent a bike!!!!!
