Availabilities season 2026!

We are accepting direct reservations for 2026 summer season. Direct reservations are about 20% cheaper than those on our offer at booking.com and airbnb. We request a small deposit only.
We offer a 2(+1) apartment on first floor and a 4 person apartment on the 2nd floor.
Each is on its own floor, with its own entrance and privacy. Each has a garage under the house for your car. We are located in Drage, appr. in the middle between Zadar and Sibenik, close to Biograd na Moru and Pakostane.
House is 30 m from the sea and 2nd floor offers divine view to the sea and Kornate archipelago.

House is 30 m from the sea and 2nd floor offers divine view to the sea and Kornate archipelago. This is the “priority” call. In few weeks we will open on the booking sites and usually season is booked by January.

End of the season. Still a lot of sun. Last swimming weekend for me, but water heavenly warm. Air 23+, water +22.
Maybe 10 people in the entire village. Smart people should take long cheap vacations now: here is still Indian summer while test of Europe is looking forward to heating season.

And now back to business: our 2-bedroom upstairs apartment with the divine view to Kornate archipelago is free from September 11th onwards. Why not throw in a week in September before winter blues?
Pur prices are around 85-90 EUR and in that period.
NB: we are only 25 km from Zadar airport where there are all kind a f Ryanair and other options. Offseason rent-a-car are as low as 10 EUR a day…
