Summer, without the crowds.

This is Grebaštica today.
Late September. 26°C. Blue skies, warm sea, restaurants still open. And almost nobody around.

It is quite hard to believe that only a few weeks ago these same beaches and promenades were full of summer life.

Now you get all the beauty of Dalmatia, but with space. Space to swim, walk, sit by the sea, choose your favourite table and simply enjoy the day.

And the best part? The Adriatic is still holding the warmth of summer, with beautiful swimming often continuing well into October.

At Arte Oliva, we stay open throughout October. We are here, our team is here, and Grebaštica is very much alive.

So if you can travel outside the school holidays, or your October school holidays give you the chance, this may be the moment to discover a completely different side of the Croatian coast.

When we were developing Novavis, we realized that many of its values had already been quietly living here at Arte Oliva. Calm mornings. Time outdoors. Moving your body. Taking a real break.

Novavis brings these elements together into a dedicated experience. During the summer season at Arte Oliva, they appear in smaller moments that add something special to a holiday.

That’s why our weekly yoga mornings have become a tradition. Not because every holiday needs yoga, but because this place somehow makes it feel right.
