The autumn in Hvar island is the time of olive picking, wine producing, fishing and cooking.
During your stay at Sweet Bay Residence we offer you the opportunity to join farmers while picking olives in the field and produce your own extra virgine olive oil, or if you like to go fishing with professional fishermens to catch fresh fish and seafood.
You can taste local cheese and a fine selection of hvar wines and if you like you can join our cooking courses.
there you will taste the fragrances of your own cooked meal and match the appropiate wine with it. if you love truffle we teach you how to cook fresh istrian truffle.
you will be introduced to the secret key of mediterraene cousine, organic food and dalmatian longevity.
