Gli appartamenti si trovano al secondo piano di una casa famiglia, e ognuno ha un ingresso separato. Posizione della casa è perfetta! Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e ad una distanza a piedi da tutti i punti di interesse. C'è solo 5 minuti a piedi dal centro della città, la spiaggia più vicina, un supermercato e un ristorante. La casa è circondata da un ampio giardino, con alberi di limoni e arance, e fiori vari, e dispone di un parcheggio privato. Anche se gli appartamenti sono raggiungibili in machina sulla strada che conduce alla casa non c'è molto traffico. Ogni appartamento ha un balcone privato con splendida vista mare sulle isole Pakleni e il campanile del monastero francescano. Vorne von dem Haus gibt es einem großen Garten, mit Zitronen-und Orangenbäume, und verschiedene Blumen, und gibt es auch eigenen Parkplatz. Obwohl die Wohnungen mit dem Auto erreichbar sind die Straße, die zum Haus führt, ist Verkehrlos. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick auf die Pakleni Inseln und dem Turm-Glocke des Franziskanerklosters. Od centra grada, najblize plaze i trgovine dijeli Vas tek petominutna setnja. Kuca je okruzena zelenilom, te ima svoje parkiraliste. Iako se do apartmana moze doci autom, cesta ispod kuce nije prometna. Svaki apartman ima svoj balkon s kojeg puca pogled na more, obliznje Paklene otoke i zvonik Franjevackog samostana, te je savrsen ambijent za veceru, jutanji dorucak ili popodnevnu kavu.
