Today, while our family lives downstairs, we offer the top floor for our guests. Some of us have moved throughout the world experiencing the modern way of life, but here we maintain a modest living and focus working in the fields. Our home is a eco-tourist destination where you can experience traditional Croatian art, wine and nature. The stone from our home was taken from the soil onsite. We also
built a rainwater container to help take care of our vineyard. Cvitkovi dvori welcomes those looking for a peaceful vacation in nature. Experience these nearby naturally and historical sites:
- Mount Sinjal-Dinara--at 1,831 meters, it is the Croatia’s highest peak;
- The Cetina and Krka Rivers are beautiful for swimming, kayaking and canyoning;
- Beautiful hills, forests, scenic points, meadows and fields
- important cultural and historical monuments: churches, cemeteries and fortresses
- Historic small towns Krka, Vrlika and Drnis
We are more than happy to be able to recommend the best way to experience the local nature or any other activities you might be into. When you’re relaxing back at home, take a look at some paintings in our house from native artists Ivan Lacković Croata and lovely aquarelle-style watercolor paintings from Mate Lovrić. Keep your spirits high, drinking wines made from our own winery developed from traditional grape growing methods at level high above sea level.
