Das Haus befindet sich in einem charmanten kleinen Dorf und bietet ausgezeichnete Privatsphäre und Schatten im Außenbereich.
Dieses typisch istrische Haus wurde 2020 von einem talentierten Designer komplett renoviert.
Es besteht aus 2 Gebäuden - das Hauptgebäude mit 2 komfortablen Schlafzimmern mit einer modernen Küche und einem Ess- und Wohnbereich.
Das zweite Gebäude ist eine moderne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, komplett mit einer Küche und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer.
Der Komplex ist modern und gut ausgestattet.
Es ist nur 9 km von der Stadt Labin und 14 km von Rabac entfernt (die ersten empfohlenen Strände sind 15 Autominuten entfernt). Der erste Supermarkt und empfohlene Restaurants sind nur 3 km vom Haus entfernt.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannend, ideal für einen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden.

The house is in a charming little village and offers excellent privacy and shade in the outside area.
This typical Istrian house was completely renovated in 2020 by a talented designer.
It consists of 2 buildings - the main building with 2 comfortable bedrooms with a modern kitchen and a dining and living area.
The second building is a modern 2 bedroom apartment complete with a kitchen and spacious living room.
The complex is modern and well equipped. It is only 9 km from the town of Labin and 14 km from Rabac (the first recommended beaches are 15 minutes away by car). The first supermarket and recommended restaurants are only 3 km from the house.
The location is very quiet and relaxing, ideal for a vacation with family and friends.
