4m for a total of 36 square meters. There is a stone fireplace in the garden where you can barbecue. The plot is 1100 square meters so it is ideal for children to play around. The whole plot is enclosed so the space is very private and children safe. The distance to beautiful pebble beach is only 5km. The bus station is located at 500m from the house. Guest access

Guests have at their disposal the whole house, with a large private pool and parking.
