The house is located in a private setting surrounded by hundred year old olive and oak trees and untouched nature. The area consists of eight houses in the northwest of Island Pag, twenty meters from the sea with views of the islands Cres and Losinj. The historic town of Zadar, Paklenica and Kornati National Parks, and Zadar airport are only an hour drive away. Our house is completely integrated with nature and energy self-sufficient. Solar panels and a wind mill supply electricity due plenty of sun and a comfortable mistral wind. Every drop of rain is collected in a 27,000 liter water reservoir. Nature provides all of the energy and water you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The house is 49m2 and the garden is 250m2. Two bedrooms, one king size bed with a view of the sea and the second that can sleep three with a view of the garden. Both rooms have closets. Living room and kitchen are open concept with the bathroom with a shower off the hallway. Finally, there is a huge covered patio with a beautiful view of the sea. Wi-Fi, three bicycles, a dock for a boat, and two parking spots are complementary. House amenities also include a refrigerator with freezer, TV, radio, electric hot water heater, gas grill and outdoor shower. In the winter, the house is heated with a wood burning stove. The house is only 20 meters from the sea and 120 meters from a sand beach. Novalja is 13 km away (doctor, shopping, restaurants) and Jakisnica is only a 20 minute walk or 2 km away (stores, bakeries, restaurants). Zadar, Paklenica and Kornati National Parks, and Zadar airport are only an hour drive away.
