The living room has a sofa bed which can provide a double bed if you need it. Sofa bed is positioned in front of the french doors, so there is a lovely view from here on promenade and the sun streams through from morning until late afternoon. Even on a warm day in winter you got a lovely sense of summer. There is small toilet with washing / drying machine in the apartment. The apartment is luxury furnished, recently renovated, completely air-conditioned, with TV in each room with sound-system and wi-fi. Owing to the very good isolation of of walls and windows you don't have feeling that you are in most frequently part of town. But when you open glass door and windows you become a part of the city bustle from the comfort of the apartment, hidden from the view of passers-by tall trees. U dnevnom boravku je kutni kauč sa ležajem. Smješten je ispred francuskog otvora odakle se pruža lijepi pogled na rivu, a obasjava ga sunce od jutra do kasnog popodneva. Čak i zimi za vrijeme sunčanih dana imate ljetni ugođaj. Apartman ima odvojeno mali toalet sa perilicom / sušilicom rublja. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana, opremljena TV prijemnikom i zvučnicima povezanim sa centralnom glazbenom linijom i bežičnim internetom. Zbog vrhunske izolacije zidova i prozora nemate osjećaj kao da se nalazite u najfrekventnijem dijelu grada. U trenutku kada se staklena vrata i prozori otvore postajete dio gradske vreve iz udobnosti apartmana, skriveni od pogleda prolaznika krošnjama visokih stabala.
