Bed & Breakfast Villa Katarina Dlaka family has been in the tourism industry since 1965. There is also free WI-FI. The house is suitable for the holiday of a family with children.

Villa Katarina is at the top of a hill located between the centre of the town of Mali Lošinj (5 minutes on foot), and the Čikat bay (10 minutes on foot), on the verge of the Čikat forest-park. There is a private parking in front of the house, and few supermarkets in the near (5 to 15 minutes on foot). All of the rooms (with the bathrooms) are of different design, equipped with the central heating

and the TVs with satellite receivers, and most of the rooms are also equipped with the refrigerator and a private terrace. Guests can enjoy the lush garden of blooming flowers, fruits and the greenery, with a table tennis, a barbecue, and the bicycle storage area. Pets are allowed. There is a particular feature to the house, an inclusive breakfast known for high quality home-made marmalades and jams, specially those made of oranges and peaches from our garden. Dlaka family has been in the tourism industry since 1965 and will communicate in Italian, German, English and French.

ECO B&B VILLA KATARINA
Sve je krenulo ranih 1990-ih, kada smo postavili solarne panele za grijanje vode na krov (u kući nemamo niti jednog bojlera). Odvajanje otpada i kompostiranje se podrazumijeva. Nedavno smo ugradili tuševe koji štede vodu. Sada su na red došle i vanjska stolarija te izolacija krova i vanjskih zidova po najnovijim standardima. Naši gosti će od ljeta 2021. imati zadovoljstvo boraviti u eko-kući (eco house) koja svoju ljubav prema prirodi pokazuje niskim "ugljičnim otiskom" (carbon footprint).
p.s. Kuća je zatvorena do kraja svibnja, jer su se radovi (neplanirano) odužili. Sorry!
