Located on the main square in the very heart of Marija Bistrica, Kaj Hotel offers a first-hand experience of this unique town in Zagorje.

Hotel Kaj was first opened in 1980 by a Zagorje co-operative and was called Kaj. When the Archdiocese of Zagreb bought the hotel in 2003, Kaj Hotel was renamed Salve Regina Hotel. In 2008, the Andabak family bought the company Salve Regina Ltd and after redecoration and expansion, re-opened the hotel in the summer of 2009. The hotel has since opened its doors to guests under its original name Kaj.
