The two bedroom apartment A-7 is located at the beach side of the youth city Lovran. It offers pet-friendly accommodations in and its a perfect place for a family vacation as well as for a long lasting vacation with your dear friend.

Inside the apartment you can find two separte rooms with, one with a king size bed and the other with a one person bed. You can enjoy your evenings in the huge living room with a coach where also more people can sleep comfortable if needed. Further the kitchen is fully equipment, as well as the bathroom. The apartment features a sitting area and a terrace with a grill. We offer you as well free of charges a private parking place, SAT-TV and Wi-Fi.

Apartment A-9 Opatija is a modern and central apartment with a summer house. The apartment in Opatija has a spacious room (15m²) and a modern bath (4m²). The room has: a double bed, a convertible sofa, a dining table, a wardrobe, a small, modern kitchen and a washing machine. In addition, there is a filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also air conditioning in the apartment.
At an immediate distance of the apartment and the mandarin and lemon trees there is a beautiful and romantic garden house where you can relax the whole day and night. Although the apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet location, the beach “Slatina” and the famous walking path “Lungo Mare” are just 100m away.

Furthermore, the well -known park “Angolina” and the summer cinema “Ljetna-Pozornica”, which offers a wide range of ongoing Hollywood films and concerts, is just 250m away from the apartment. Last but not least, a public parking space is available very close to the apartment. Opatija has engraved his name as one of the most famous touristic resorts in Croatia due to the romantic walking path “Lungo Mare”, numerous parks, beaches and rehabilitations centers.

The Apartment Villa Esperia Opatija is located in the center of Opatija, on the Address dr. Maxa Josepha Ortela 11 Street.
The one room Apartment has also a mini kitchen (Stove with two disks and Refrigerator), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The room is equipped with a double bed, dining table, in addition there is also free SAT-TV and Wi-Fi. The terrace (28m2), has a beautiful Sea view and as well as a view on the nearby cities and islands.

On the big terrace you can find deck chairs, dining table, a little Bar with a grill. Which makes the terrace a perfect place to relax on hot summer nights.
