Metković is an ideal place if you are traveling to Dubrovnik or Mostar because of its proximity to these cities. Here you can enjoy photo safari rides, traditional specialties, and visit nearby remains of the ancient city of Narona. There is an Archaeology museum of Narona about 4 km from our Hostel, built as the first "in situ" museum in Croatia. It was built on the site of an antique temple dedicated to the 1st Roman emperor Augustus. Named after Octavian Augustus' wife Livia, the character of our hostel is unique, based on cultural heritage with historical theme.
