Here you will find an indoor gym and a sauna for relaxation, as well as a playground for children. Two apartments of the villa have 1 bedroom each, while the third apartment has 2 bedrooms, making a total of 4 bedrooms. Each apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is also available to guests.
The villa is proud of its spacious, fenced yard of 2000m2, which is adorned with a swimming pool, ideal for refreshment and outdoor enjoyment. There is also a gazebo for relaxing in the shade. A charming summer kitchen with a view of the pool and yard, as well as a grill for preparing delicious meals, make your stay even more pleasant. The large terrace comfortably accommodates 10 people, providing the perfect place to relax.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a volleyball court for fun outdoor sports activities, as well as table tennis for additional fun. In the tavern of the villa there is a pool table, perfect for evening fun. The plot is completely fenced, providing privacy and security, and there are also three parking spaces for your vehicle. If you need some basic necessities, the mini market is only a minute's walk from the house. For larger purchases, larger super markets are 10 km away, as is the city of P**a with numerous attractions. Pets are welcome.
