Whole house is finished in may 2010. and

new part of the house with 6 completely new apartments is finished during 2013., so everything is completely new and from highest quality materials! House is situated in quiet part of Novalja, ideal for rest after crazy parties or sea sports, 400m from closest beach, 300m from town center and 1 km from hospital. Parking is available in front of house. Full WiFi in and around the house is free for our guests. We offer special services as well (laundry, we can arrange excursions or transport to any airport or city in Croatia etc...). Total number of apartments for rent is 10, as well as one room with bathroom.
