Lovely weather here today sunny 21 January & 10c we had a lovely walk along the sea front .better than Friday we had a bura wind with hurricane gusts up to 112km per hours . Last Saturday it was freezing we had a drive up the mountains we saw lots of wild horses
We already had our First 2 guests of this 2024. Our apartments are always ready and very Cosy & warm. Breakfast is severed in your apartment .
we are busy getting the car park & steps finish for the summer .

Well the summer season is over . It was a very hot but also windy summer .
We were very busy all season.
We met some lovely people and also the odd not so nice guests .
But 98% of our guests was a pleasure to meet them plus lots of lovely children who enjoyed our garden & pool .
The new car park was a really success for our guests & us.
Thank you to our guests who gave us a review this really helps to let other people know how your stay with us was . The most reviews were 9-10 out of 10 so a big thank you .
It helps us to know what we can change or not.
Now we are finishing the car park wall and new concrete steps then the garden will be filled up and new plants in so next summer it should look really nice .
Then we will go around the apartments to see if anything needs repairing / painting/replacing .
In the spring the garage terrace & balcony/ terrace will be freshly painted .
So we wish everyone a safe and relaxing autum/ winter & hope to see some of you next year . Don’t forget to book early to get your dates . A 10% discount if you book by phone or e mail.

Redhill apartments are ready for the summer season .
The terrace & balconies & step have had a fresh coat of paint .
The swimming pool has been emptied cleaned & refilled ready to cool off in on the long summer days .
The new private free car park is ready to use.
There’s some new plants in the garden for some colorful flowers.
The garden swing & sun loungers have been clean & ready to use.
The apartments are ready to give our guests a comfortable & relaxing holiday . The doors & windows are all open now in the apartments on sunny days to let the fresh air. .
We have already have some booking for the summer . So don’t leave it to late to reserve the dates you want or you might miss out .
We look forward to meeting new & past guests .
We are ready to serving you in your apartment with our breakfast of your choice & time.

Redhill apartments has now private parking for guests free of charge.
In September the walls will be built higher & new concrete steps will be made . But for now 2 guests can park while staying with us .

Redhill apartments are open again . The Private parking spaces are ready . We just have to finish the walls . But we have been waiting 5 weeks for the electric company to come to replace the electric cables which were buried in the ground which has been dug out.
They come to work one day afew hour then we don’t see them the rest of the week till I complain at the office then they come the next day for afew hours work . Then it’s the same they don’t come till I go to complain at the office again.

We have now given up waiting to build the wall now . So today we started building . Their work will be more difficult now but they had their chance. We need to get the walls built.

We had our first guests use the parking space this week and it was good.
The steps are only temporary as we have to build the walls higher once the electric cable work is finished when ever that will be .
But at least guests can park and use the steps .
The reflection sign is on the back wall . The senor light is up . So just another few finishing touches .
It will be much better having our own private parking now.

04/03/2023

Redhill apartments is closed at the moment as we are making 2 private car parking spaces . For the apartments.
The garden has been dug out the foundations have been layed.
The under lay has been layed .
On Monday the stones will be spread over the floor .
Huub is busy making wooden steps. & next week the bricks will be delivered for the walls so we can start building the walls up.
Everything must be ready for 22 March as we have guests arriving.
So a lot of work still to do & the weather forecast is not so good , with 3 days rain next week .
But it will be a lot better having our own parking spaces for us & our guests .

Redhill apartments in Novi Vinodolski will be closed as from today until 21 March 2023 as we are having 2 parking spaces made in the front garden . The wall is coming down & the front garden out .
As there will be no steps to get up to the apartments. But it will be much more convenient for our guests to park when it’s finished .
We are still taking bookings for summer & look forward to seeing you soon .

The river is raising very quickly here in Novi vinodolski, it’s nearly touching the pipe again . & the field is flooding in one hour it’s changing very quick .
Everyone please keep looking out.
