This is the "middle floor" of the house. From the main door you will immediately access to the lounge area. This open space living room comes with a sofa, a FLAT screen TV, a billiard table and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 9 people.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, big set of cutlery (24 pieces of each), all kind of glasses (for red wine, white wine, long drinks, Soft drink, shot, latte macchiato, tea cups, coffee cups), a variety of plates, bowls, cooking pans and frying pans.
From this open space you have access to a huge terrace with sea view with outdoor furniture.

ENTRANCE FLOOR Living room & Kitchen This is the "middle floor" of the house. From the main door you will immediately access to the lounge area. This open space living room comes with a sofa, a FLAT screen TV, a billiard table and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 9 people. UPPER FLOOR Two bedrooms for 5 people Above the lounge area, through a spiral staircase you will access to two of the four bedrooms. The bedrooms comes with en-suite bathroom. One of the bedroom is a triple room and it provide a double bed and a single bed. All the beds are box spring beds and very confortable. Each room has a safe and access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. From the balcony you have an amazing sea view. The bathrooms come with double sink and a walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries are also provided.
