Omis Dream House Located in secluded Splitsko-Dalmatinska županija region, in Nemira Omis, very near to Nemira Beach, is in a very peaceful area and yet remarkably close to the city Omis where you can find many beautiful restaurants and amazing nightlife & events.
House includes 3 apartments, each comes with a private balcony of its own with ample space inside accommodation for guests. Two apartments on the 1st floor features separate broad balcony and apartment on 2nd floor has attic balcony/terrace. All Balconies features a picturesque open sea view with a village setting. From their private balconies guests can enjoy a perfect sunset in a peaceful environment. Common area access includes a private garden with a grill for guest use.
Each air-conditioned apartments is fully furnished & comprises of 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen amenities include a fridge / freezer unit, Oven, 4 Burner Electric Cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a electric kettle. Crockery / wine glasses and all what you might need for Your perfect stay is included to make your stay pleasant & comfortable. Tap water is drinkable & free of charge.
Bathroom is available with shower tub and hairdryer. A common laundry space contains washing machine, dryer unit & cloth ironing machine.
A king-size bed, towels, and bed sheets are provided. The king-size bed has a fantastic mattress with super soft pillows.
A flat-screen TV with satellite connections is provided in every apartment. Free WiFi is installed within all property areas.
Property has free private garage parking space and free private outside parking for large vehicles. Access to the house and garage is entirely private, as is the garden with your loungers.
All of the apartments have air-conditioned units (Hot & Cold) installed in all rooms (bedrooms, living room, bathroom).
